The biggest winner in all this will be the new Bitcoin insurance companies who will vet, police, back, and insure the wallet companies.

This is far from over. The FBI is hot on this. The UTXOs are getting listed and tracked. The theives did make mistakes. There is NO perfect crime. The SATS will never be able to be moved without massive scrutiny. Some private well funded victims are also on the "hunt". There also may have been white hats moving the money ahead of as many theifs, with the intention of returning the SATS. I'm hopefully optimistic that much good will come from this and people will get alot of their SATS back.
