If you're not sure what to say when people say 'Bitcoin will be hacked'. I find it very effective to say 'There's a 2 Trillion dollar bounty if anyone can do it... clearly they can't'. Happy orange pilling!

If you haven't done 10000 hours of research on Bitcoin, you're behind. Yet if you've done 10 hours of research on Bitcoin you're ahead of 99.5% of the populus.

PlanB has reported that he no longer holds cold stored Bitcoin, but instead holds the ETF. I have respect for him, but if you are thinking of following a similar set up to him, DON'T. Anyone holding paper Bitcoin WILL FACTUALLY get rekt on a long time horizon. Don't trust humans.

The Bitcoin community is truly one-of-a-kind. All we want to do is be productive, self-sufficient, and profit from serving each other. Why can't we just be left alone to do this peacefully.

To those who are attempting to time some kind of '2026 bear market' bottom to buy more sats. I wish you good luck, but I believe you are being playing with fire to add a mere 1.5 or 2x to your stack. Best case scenario for you is we top out fairly soon, and BTC falls to 50k. Wow whoopee you got less than double the sats. Worst case scenario, BTC shoots to a million, and the bear market low is 500 k. Now you have squandered your family's future. Judt my 2 sats.

Do not go to college. Learn a real skill or craft that people value and will pay you money for. For example, learn a trade, work for someone else for a decade, and then set up your own business. This is a way to easily achieve unparalleled freedom and not rely on any authority

The process of civilisation is inextricably linked to the lowering of time preference in a society.

Ignore the hype. Don't kid yourself into thinking Bitcoin will be 10 million bucks anytime soon. I'm as sure as anyone that it will get there eventually. But this, in my opinion, is likely to take at least 20-30 years. Despite what it looks like at face value, this is a GOOD THING. You will stack more sats than you thought was possible during the period from now to then. Keep up the good work brothers.

Why on Earth are people simping for a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve? Anyone who is pro BSR is a fiat cuck who can't wait to buy more dollars for his Bitcoin. Goodbye and good riddance!

I stayed at college for 8.5 years to get a PhD. Now I don't even tell people I have it - if anything I'm embarrassed by it. It just shows that I've been exposed to the world of brainwashed buffoons for longer than most.

Teach a family member or your spouse how to access your Bitcoin, just in case. Don't let all your work and conviction go to waste

Remember to always refresh your memory on your cold storage set up. This is an ever evolving space.

Don't worry about trying to convince people to learn about Bitcoin. They'll come when they come. You cannot help someone who does not want to help themselves.

Thinking of buying ANY other asset that Bitcoin as a financial instrument? Is it proveably scarce? Is it inelastic to demand? Is there counterparty risk? Can you liquidate ANY amount if it in a split second for the market value? Can you send it to someone on the other side of the Earth, or hell, on the moon, for next to nothing and at the speed of light? Answered no to any of them? Then... what the heck are you doing?

Bitcoin is proving every mainstream economist wrong one block at a time. Denouncing Bitcoin is a career death sentence.

A house is a consumer good, like a car or a TV. Now that we have Bitcoin as a perfect savings instrument, this will be re-realised and houses will lose their monetary premium. Houses are only as expensive as they are because people bid them up to use them to hide from debasement. It is easier to make a dollar than a house, so houses appreciate. It is easier to make a house than Bitcoin, so houses will depreciate priced in Bitcoin. Houses will return to a price that reflects the cost of building it, plus a small margin of profit for those in the business of building them.

One of the most common misconceptions I see about Bitcoin is that 'blackrock are scooping up all the supply'. They offer an ETF service where they buy Bitcoin to back ETF holdings 1:1. They don't even custody it, it's at coinbase.
