Sunday shower thought: Most people seem to think we will get to a centralised super intelligence first and then fail to contain it (i.e. stop it from decentralising). I think it is more likely we will first have decentralised (non-super) intelligence and then it will learn as it spreads. Look at life itself. First came replication. Brains were way down the road. Also Bitcoin fits this scheme. The revolutionary step was the decentralisation / self-replication of the blockchain.

How SW development feels since AI agents:

When you have an idea how to better the world, and somebody takes that idea and drives it, w/o attributing it to you: That is the test for your ego. Can you kill it and still contribute, for the betterment of the world? I will try. Wish me luck! 🤞
