@Highlighter what is event kind 2600?

Should WebSocket connections to relays be treated like fetching records from a database? Or, is it more like you should retrieve a large chunk of data and store it in the client at first, so that you are not constantly pinging the relays for every interaction that wants some different content? Forgot this community was here. Still just muscle-memory posting to reddit.
