In a world filled with fakness, in Brazilian jiu-jitsu you can't fake your skill, sparring is the ultimate test.

Crazy we know something only a very small percentage of the population knows in terms of solving the sound money issue. Stay humble, just remember how many other things we don't know which are obvious to others in different aspects of life like health, relationship, technology etc. Stack sats and stay humble.

It's much easier to sell fear, uncertainty and doubt to those who are insecure, and unsure of themselves. We know what we are holding, we are unwavering and have done the work to secure our strong convictions. Fear is designed to control your mind. Fear not.

I forgot how vulnerable a brand new white belt is. It's like grappling a toddler. Humble beginnings. Apparently 90% don't make it to blue and apparently only 1% make it to black belt.

The last few weeks in BJJ I finally began to feel the telegraphing of my opponents based on their shift of body weight and when they began loosing or tensing up... I only gathered this skill will a mate provided a tip to not focus on winning sparing matches with my training partner. Possessing this new skill is a huge game changer, it isn't fancy but surely foundational and draws me nearer to attaining my black belt. 2025 has been good to me.

Those who don't train are the most confident.
