What’s funny is after 5 years in physical therapy, 10 years in personal training / gym management, all I can say is the gym sucks, don’t workout indoors in artificial light, stop trying to get massive (get strong enough & then focus on cardio and stretching), and all these food gurus don’t know shit about biophisics so everything they say is trash - all they know how to do is add muscle — ok ok we also fix joints too — but my point is traditional gym thinking is flawed in the USA.

I made it to El Salvador. Thank God! All I see is a bunch of brainwashed zombies up there in the USA … it’s real here! Not going back 😜
