I took the opportunity of my recent departure from #Strategy to deep dive and reflect about #Bitcoin #culture in the #corporate world, with no reservations. How compatible is an anti-establishment, peer-to-peer, and consensus-based technology and ethos, like Bitcoin; with a pro-establishment, hierarchical, and authority-based structure like a corporation? Can you really be a Bitcoin maximalist if you deny bitcoin's medium of exchange function to avoid frictions with the government? Wasn't that the whole point, to begin with?
