So as I explore more here on nostr through primal I realize there is so much more here than I thought. First off I see that as a good thing because that means there is so much to explore and learn so many possabilities. So many new people to meet and learn from. BUT what I didn't get is any more time to explore and learn. I have tried to learn and explore everything here while trying to keep up with my You Tube, Face Book Account, Instagram and my Signal accounts. However I've realized this is where the people I want around me are. This is where the information I need is located. This is where the things that really matter are located. The other places are just noise and have become a waste of my time. I no longer need to be there at those other sites and can put my time here learning to grow my space here and contribute back as I grow here. I am so looking forward to grow here with all of you. And if anyone has any suggestions on what to tackle next or what to set up or start useing here to begin to grow please let me know. I am eager to learn, Thanks.

Ok everyone as i said in my first post, I am new to bitcoin and new here to Noster. Looking to get a discussion going. I have been purchasing bitcoin though DCA and smash buying when I can moving to cold storage doing it the way I think is the right way. I made it here to interact more and learn more and feel the next step may be as everyone says running a node and eventually mining. Mining may be a while off for me but running a node may be possible. I have heard from some about building your own system but to be honest that's a bit over my head. Then other recommend the start9 or Umbrel style systems. Those of you who currently run a node what is your recommendation. I would love to hear your thoughts and advice.

Good Morning everyone. I tried to set this up for the first time last night and went to bed not knowing what to expect today. I woke up to a Shout out from my friend @BTC-BACKPACKER and a welcome which helped bring me seven new followers to start my day. Now to figure this all out as far as the best way to share with everyone my thoughts on here as I grow in my journey of life with everyone here. I am now now retired from the Army with a lot more free time on my hands or so I thought. Until I filled that time diving into HAM radio, Gold and silver for a bit until I learned about Bitcoin and then you guys know where that then took me. I have since been learning more about not just bitcoin but the importance of running a node looking into mining getting involved here more on primal and noster and youtube communities for bitcoin so yeah that free time is now gone. I look forword to meeting new people and learning more.
