Hi, today I’m 34. I had a great year and I hope the next year will be even better. Here are 42 things that I want to share (I tried to write 35 notes but I ended up with 42). I wrote this in a 30-minute sprint, so I didn't include specific credits. These lines are a mix of direct quotes and my own adaptations. Heavily influenced by @Naval , @Gigi , Marcus Aurelius, Satoshi Nakamoto and many other great minds. 1. Time is the ultimate currency, no one can beat time; 2. Cultivate your mind, it is all you have; 3. You know more than you know you know (Trust your gut); 4. You should not be bothered by any information reaching you from outside your inner circle; 5. Money can make you happy under two terms: (1) you earned it by yourself; (2) you earned it honestly; 6. You want to earn money from your judgment, not from labor; 7. You can just do things; 27. Fuck your circumstances; 28. Be calm, always. Vibe is everything; 29. Guilt is worth nothing. Just learn from it; 30. Be present. Be happy. Now; 31. If you don’t control your feed (or algorithm), your feed controls you (use Nostr); 32. Be able to use force. Without the capacity to use force, you are devoid of agency; 33. If you want to know who controls you (or wants to control you), ask who you can’t criticize; 38. Do what you love and the right people will come; 39.
