But somehow it must have come across as a feature request & was closed because: “it is not clear the real world need for this.” 1. This bug happens by accidental user rotation of the phone. 2. iPad will regularly be used in a mix of landscape & portrait orientations. If my fix is not acceptable, could we at least keep the bug open & fix it at some point?

Rotate through streaming services. One month Netflix, next month Paramount, etc. Try letting Unsaltedbutter.ai cancel & restart those subscriptions for you.

The Damus maintainers closed both because they “didn’t understand the scenario for landscape mode in DM view” So maybe my issue and PR made it sound like I was asking for this to be a feature. I’m just trying to stop a really bad user experience. Can anybody put me in touch with the Damus team to make my case that this is a bug, not a feature request?
