Most people don’t really “enjoy” having one hour lunch with their colleagues and talking shit. They just have to work 8 hours a day and can’t leave work early even though they have nothing to do. Sad fiat system.

It’s such an irony when a therapist says to the patient that it’s very important to dig out the past and find out what’s “wrong” in the past relationships. And the patient must fix it in order to “fix” the issue he faces now. But then the time is up, the therapist just says, “I will see you next time”. Guess what? The patient uses his inner strength and resilience to keep living the difficult life he has. Will he not be able to live just because the therapy session is over? And the past relationships is still broken? It’s never about the outside world. It’s inside out. 🤟
