I've been lifting pretty consistently for about 2.5 years now but only in the last 7 months did I get serious about pushing myself to lift heavier, push to failure and to watch my protein intake. Since approximately March, I went from 145lbs to my goal of 160lbs with a much healthier body composition. Now I'm getting questions from friends and family asking what I've been doing when I've just taking the process seriously and being consistent. I'm super proud of hitting my 160lbs goal, not just for hitting a number but proving to myself that I can be self-disciplined and that I can achieve goals that I set out for myself. Why is the community so obsessed with 1 coin? It's 100 million Sats. Yea, having 100 million Sats is going to be super rare someday, but so are people who have hundreds of millions of dollars. There isn't even enough Bitcoin for all the millionaires in the US to own 50 million Sats and barely enough for them to own 25 million Sats. And that's assuming distribution of the 21 million is equal, which it is not. As BTC/USD price continues to appreciate, we shouldn't demoralize those who are still trying to stay humble and stack sats as much as they are able with the means they have.
