I had a request for a zodiac calendar, so I made one. A little late in the year, but I'll update it in October for 2027. I painted the backgrounds in watercolour, scanned them, then I drew the constellations digitally. #watercolor #artstr #calendar

Here's my stand from last weekend! It was quite successful, but the two full days of sitting+standing still made my back hurt so bad I haven't been able to work (I'm a masseuse), so I've lost way more earnings this way than I got with the stand. Life is funny that way.

Final steps are polishing off any rough soldering remains that could snag on the skin or clothing and attaching the chain. Sometimes I add a black patina. And that's it! It's quite a lengthy process. I'm currently working on a new display setup, using nice books.
