Direct financial business benefit to AI. I've reduced my maintenance calls significantly this year by diagnosing machine failures with Claude. Most of them I can fix myself with a little help from AI and sometimes a YouTube tutorial. I thought AI was going to help on the software side, but in the restaurant business, software isn't a huge cost driver in the big picture. Maintenance and operations is where the cost goes.
