I am deeply appreciative of the way@OCEAN is approaching the #bip110 issue. They are expressing a fundamental philosophy on how bitcoin should operate. Consensus operates not by just nodes but by the interactions of nodes and miners. Both are needed to secure the blockchain. Ocean is providing the option for miners and node operators to vote with their nodes and hashpower. Kudos Ocean
