Rule #12 just escaped me and I'm pretty pissed off about it.

Everyone follows the money because they're taught that money is important. No one ever follows the information. You're never taught that for some reason. No one ever asks, "Hey, fuckface! Rule #17 - If you stumble upon a random powered up camera, find the power source and disable it. Don't think. Closest point you can severe. Wait 3 days and you'll find out who owns it whether it involves you or now.
