→ Choosing “good enough” over “perfect”
Because the goal isn’t just to get fit.
It’s to stay fit.
And you won’t stick to something you dread.
The best program on paper loses to the one you’ll actually do.

Lost weight… but still look “soft”?
This is where most people get frustrated.
They diet down, the scale drops, clothes fit better…

Here’s why:
If you’re in a calorie deficit without enough protein and resistance training,
you lose fat and muscle.
So yes — you take up less space.
But you don’t get that “toned” look.
Because “toned” isn’t a real thing.
It’s just muscle + low enough body fat to see it.
The fix isn’t more dieting.
It’s training with intention.
Build the areas you want to shape.
Prioritize protein.
Use cardio for health — not as your main tool.
Fat loss makes you smaller.
Muscle makes you look the way you actually want.
