Per my wife's request, I'm spending the weekend facilitating an overview of Scrum/ Agile / lean for her and our 17yo daughter. Her sudden interest caught me off guard, but they've both participated with thoughtful questions and feedback as much as any of my recent classes. I'm happy for my wife's interest in product development (she's cooking something up within her book club), but the benefits for our daughter are easier to imagine. In the midst of college application essays, she's "introspecting" about the non-academic skills that she'd been developing and imagining what kind of career exists for the work she likes to do. #dadlife

Thrivency = sovereign flourishing What areas am I deficient in? Where are my holes and blind spots? What do I excel at and love to do? How does the my community value this? Where is the world / community headed that I can help direct? Can I adapt to that which I cannot change? Optimize for these variables for individual and community thrivency. PV 🤙🏼
