Been changing up my workout strategy to mirror a routine that uses a lot of the exercises in this video. Its more interesting to workout 5-6 days a week where everyday is something different and focuses on flexibility, compound exercises, and longevity. I don't follow this routine exactly but implement different parts on different days and its become easier to get up and get moving. I also think theres something to using concentrated red light. I've been using a @Chroma 🔥 Iron Forge for 4 min every morning as part of my wakeup routine and its like taking a shot of espresso.
