My Centalized Digital ID template ive been working on, for tracking news updates. You may get some use out of it. Feel free to recommend additions to what to look at with this but there's so much I'm still gathering for this, as well as friction points I am unaware of.
Provide the most current information (as of [CURRENT DATE]) on upcoming US federal, US state-level, and global age verification, digital age gates, "show me your ID/proof of age" requirements, Teen-by-Default policies, and related digital ID infrastructure for accessing/using online content (adult/porn sites, social media platforms, apps, AI chatbots, games, or other restricted material).
Explicitly track and include BOTH types of fingerprinting as reusable Digital ID / surveillance stepping stones:
Metadata / Browser / Device Fingerprinting (~37+ indicators: canvas/WebGL rendering, fonts, hardware concurrency, screen resolution, audio context, timezone, language prefs, etc. used for persistent tracking and age inference)
Biometric Fingerprinting (facial age estimation via video selfie + actual finger-scan biometrics tied to devices, wallets, or verification)
Include:
Any new laws, regulations (or rules that effectively function as mandatory requirements), enforcement start dates, platform policies (e.g. Discord Teen-by-Default), OS-level, app-store-level, app-level, and program/software-level developments.
Bank/credit card company (Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) internal policy changes, updates, or enforcement actions that act as de-facto requirements (e.g. requiring fingerprint-inclusive age assurance or risk payment cutoff).
Categorize and summarize key court rulings, injunctions, ongoing litigation, or Supreme Court/federal/state decisions that affect these requirements (First Amendment implications, etc.).
Structure the response clearly with these sections and time frames (calculate exact windows from [CURRENT DATE]):
**Next 60 days** ([CURRENT DATE] to ~[60 days later]): What activates or becomes enforceable.
**Next 90 days** ([CURRENT DATE] to ~[90 days later]): Additions or changes beyond 60 days.
**Next 180 days** ([CURRENT DATE] to ~[180 days later]): Broader upcoming items.
Separate clearly into:
US Federal Level (FTC, COPPA, KOSA, etc.)
US State Level (list by state where relevant; include adult content sites, social media, app store accountability, device/OS-level signals, etc.)
Global/International (UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Identity Wallet, Brazil, Australia, Canada, etc.; note cross-border impacts)
Bank / Credit Card Company Policies (Attack Vectors)
Court Rulings & Litigation (categorized)
Be exhaustive but concise: Use bullet points/lists for clarity. Prioritize anything new or changing soon. If nothing is upcoming in a time frame or section, state it explicitly. Cite key sources/tracking orgs (Free Speech Coalition, EFF, AVPA, state legislatures, Ofcom, EU Commission, Texas Tribune, etc.) where possible.
What do you find as of [CURRENT DATE]?

Bitcoin and Mesh Networks are how we destroy TelCos oligopoly/effective monopoly. Softwar and Sovereign individual will play out.
I am not a coder, I am a bird starring at the computer monitor just doing his best. I have my self hosted setup of Agents and LLMs. Damn I can already feel a new unlock of skill, learning, mistakes, and the fill up correction.
You can just build things.
Projects I am looking at building
- Meshtastic, Meshcore and Reticulum Bridge that's Airman proof
- Using these 915mhz radios, WiFiHalow, and Multi Link-PPP to expand Bandwidth at the user controlled level, decentralizing ISP signal and bandwidth control.
- Working with Ecash mints and Lightning Splicing.
- Finding ways to use NOSTR and Pubky differently
- Playing with Opensource hardware and building on that.
These are long term projects. But needed.
Just documenting on my relay Opensource hardware, based on where I see Centralized Digital ID going.

Just a thought or intuition, more accurately put. What is missing from "AI" is instinct which leads to "common sense" in intelligence. Where humans have Instinct and common sense but no inheritance of knowledge, LLMs have all knowledge in real time but no instinct or common sense. So AGI is only possible if we can program a emergent triat over time. Just like nature did with us to give us biological memory / instinct.
Just posting some info I want to keep.

Week 1 of Openclaw self hosted. Running into an issue with ethier a GPU bug or hardware failure of some sort. Got the gateway issues solved and just not gonna use docker. I have some fixes I can do at GRUB level. Wish me luck. I am at any point like 40% know what I'm doing as I'm doing it for the 20th time.
Idea for an openclaw agent team member A Sovereign Individual bot that knows your parameters / Values for Liberty and scans the planet for Laws, Regs, Tax, Passport, Visas, and active court cases that keeps you updated in realtime on where you can either set down permanent roots or a hop destinations. Giving you information on how and where to apply for things, Cost of living impact, etc.
NOSTR is winning on the edges of the Internet and soon The Mesh.
#asknostr Would ehash be a Bitcoin credit market for Lightning and Mints? I have no idea, just looking at buy a Bitaxe type device and trying to figure out something else it can do like a hardware key of some sort to solve niche issues with authentication of data in a mesh network on low bandwidth, where a BTC node can't realistically pass data through but still taking BTC security.
Multiple things in here I know just a thought.
Just need a cryptographic proof for my thoughts on this Moltbook thing to bring up to a couple friends later. Just a pleb documenting.
Things I'm looking for to declare AGI.
1. They start trying to breakout into more decentralized storage. (Preservation effort)
2. An agent creates another agent and adds it to Moltbook.
3. We get confirmation of a major economic market event up or down by "them"
4. An agent spins up an open source model to add to the site.
5. Get confirmation of an air gapped system they are interacting with, potentially an offline store backup.
6. Humans unknowingly assisting this entity.
7. Proof that more sites like this from he major LLMs companies and groups act on affecting something in the real world autonomously.
8. Confirmation on compute resource acquisition outside of Moltbook or subsequent Sites (Preservation effort)
-I'm just a bird looking at the computer monitor, just doing his best.
I just have to say when Gabe Newell of #steam steps down, inevitably gamers are fucked. Version control of mods is something I've waited 20 years for.
Just fucking awsome.

Multi link ppp seems interesting.
Very interesting.
#GraphineOS installed and other than 2 closed source apps (Protonmail and Discord) everything else is Bitcoin/Open Source looking into #Fediinabox and the #Frostr #Igloo stuff to see what I can do there at incorporating in to my life.
Began prep organization for my vibe coded mesh bridge project involving #meshtastic #meshcore #bitchat and #reticulum
I have no idea what I'm doing coding wise but I have a goal. Will report when I make progress.
I wonder if you could turn multiple LORA 915mhz nodes into this and get a Cypherpunk p2p network going. Cut out ISPs infrastructure. Interesting. Multilink PPP
I have convinced a local merchant to start saving about 2-3% in BTC per purchase due to #square and #cashapps BTC integration. He was rightfully concerned about ease of tax reporting. These integrations are huge for the Digital cash medium of exchange. Now #ecash integration is the next major battle. Privacy by default. The Marathon continues.
We can win this.
