Political violence is already devoid of reason, but the more you watch clips of Charlie Kirk circulating around the more it doesn’t make sense. He debated fiercely but respectfully. He listened and respected opposing views, but always backed up his views without telling someone their opinion was wrong. To assassinate a man with that character is pure hate and is just evil. No matter how we are feeling though, we can’t respond to hate with hate. It never works out and only degrades civility even more.

Charlie Kirk wasn’t someone I always agreed with, but the man had no problem debating and talking with those who had differing political opinions. He was doing it the right way, face to face, in a civil manner. This is beyond reprehensible, and I feel sick for his wife and children.

When Benjamin Franklin said “A Republic, if you can keep it” he meant don’t do things like shoot someone because you don’t like their political views

I will never understand why they always face people away from the mirror while they cut hair. I almost never see my haircut until they say it’s done, and then I have to ask them to fix it or cut more off somewhere. Barbers and stylist could save a lot of time if they just let you look in the mirror while they cut your hair
