Today I want to talk about ENERGY, FOOD, FASTING. And GOD. Energy in one's body is interactive with emotions. It can take control over and consume how you interact with yourself, hence feelings. Food is how your body makes Energy. Feelings can be manipulated by food to obscure different emotions and will attach the desire for more food. This causes attachments one might not be aware of on not being trained to handle deep inner emotions. Anger is a feeling we could learn to detach from, and would enlighten a person to relax and enjoy one's life. Fasting is biblical. Because when you fast and create a space for GOD, it physically is training your emotions to detach from Energy. GOD is all love. I have come to understand how to not let negative energy, emotions or feelings stick around when I'm living my life. By fasting I have learned to let go of desires related to food. This is a lesson for people who meditate reiki in so doing the work to also find ways to detach from attached feelings of negative energy.

I hate the San Francisco Bay Area so much. The gangs are all over the place, you walk over homeless people like they're already dead on the sidewalk instead of visiting a graveyard.
