This is strange. It would appear that my home internet is somehow not serving me up certain sites. X, delta, banks, etc. Certain sites work fine. Amazon, for instance. Everything works fine on my phone via LTE. but NOT if i’m connected to WIFI. Why/how would this be?

is the internet down? can’t access any of my bank sites x also hacked it seems. I can still shop on amazon tho.

If you’re trying to get good in the kitchen - you MUST have a dish that you make over and over. Yes make a variety of things. But learn the nuance of one dish well. Make it in different places, with different tools. Eat it with different people. Make it until you think you’ve mastered it. Keep making it until you know it can’t be mastered. Then move on to another dish and do it again.

We eat dinner as a family every day that we can. Early, late, cooking or take out. We set the table and wait until we’re all seated to start eating. We sit and we talk - even after we’re done eating. This is maybe my favorite thing in life. It is a large part of why I cook. And it is the entire reason that I do Beefsteaks.
