I’m going on a spiritual trip to the mountains on Wednesday night, and the advice was to reduce my caffeine intake to zero. Does anyone have any tips? P.S. I’ve already cut down to one espresso per day because I’m a bit worried about the headaches, especially since I’m still working hard.
