List deletion is still not deleting the right items

When I move a list into another list it should re-render the whole sidebar
When mentioning items in a private note, they should not be tagged.
When replying to a delegated note, I should (by default) reply with the same delegated identity
Reader shows the wrong title on certain articles
Move `kind:9802` fetching to layout, just like I do with `lists`
deleting a list item deletes the right one but removes the last one until refresh
It looks like the Reader component breaks lines when loading HTML articles.
