I will keep this as short and sweet as I can.
Whilst trying to explain the benefits of nostr to friends, especially business owners, one of the big ones is ownership, ownership of your identity. Protected by using a signer.
But as most of my friends and colleagues are on iOS, it is almost impossible to do this.
So, if we are supposed to never paste our nsec into an app, and they can't use an app fully without pasting their nsec directly I to their app, what do we do?
How secure, or not, is doing things this way. And if it is in fact secure, why is it advised against in the first place?
I want to steer people over here I really do, and I feel nostr NEEDS normies, but it is hard to persuade people to give it a go when I am contradicting myself immediately
