The Kremlin, as it has done with the previous 18, welcomes the suicidal incompetence of the European leaders that continues to destroy their industry and economies while Russia continues to growth and expand their economy and ties with other nations. As for the new package of USA sanctions, Russia lament the inconsequential move, a move that will not affect at all their businesses but it will damage further the super powers dimplomatic relations. USA needs to understand it does not has the cards for some time now. There is a tri polar world and three super powers are in charge; China, Russia and USA, the sooner USA gets it the better for their people and economy.
