Staying off carbs is harder than it sounds. Does it get easier with time? It is working, weight is dropping, feeling better, etc, but drive to self-sabotage is strong.

Good to be home again after a week away. Have been zero carbs, zero alcohol, and lots of water through the week. Let’s see if it is noted and appreciated.
Tried to update Bitcoin Core node on Umbrel. Something went wrong. Tried to upgrade Umbrel. Full system stall and Micro SD corruption on Raspberry Pi. Oh well. Maybe there is a message in that.

So riddle me this. If I am trying to read for an hour a day, learn a musical instrument for an hour, exercise for an hour, cook and eat, sleep 8 hours, be present with my family and kids, see friends, and also work… there are not enough hours in the day.
Feel like I need a really good sleep. But so much other stuff keeps getting in the way!
