Was smokey enough this morning I couldn't tell if I was looking at the sun or the moon.

Inspired by Inkstr's magazines from longform Nostr blog posts, and by paying for Claude Pro for an unrelated thing, I bring you my latest vibe slop:

I tried creating a Pressstr magazine, though I'm getting an "All relays failed to accept your upload" error. I don't think it's my connection, but can't be sure. @npub14rg4vrt2v374q95ezeeydu3hkdhmzglcj950mggacap4x0lv0gyq04wun7 any troubleshooting advice?
Thanks

The video's topic is rather niche, but wanted to highlight a few comments:
"I also have a baby seat on the back of my DH bike. I put a cabbage patch kid in it, and then go full send on the big lines at the DH park.
The looks I get from strangers are priceless."

"I was once told that horses are only afraid of 2 things. Things that are moving, things that are still."
πΊπΈ Happy tell the British to bugger off day. Especially in a world that seems to have less and less, enjoy your freedom.
Of course the ultimate freedom - freedom from sin through the cross - is universal regardless of the state if the world or what government you're under.
Have a good one everyone.
To the gamers here on Nostr, Enderal might be worth checking out. I've only played it for a bit, but it's definitely got me hooked. It's a game built on Skyrim, but it's ot exactly a mod, it's a completely seperate game built on the engine. It's free if you already own a later version of Skyrim, and if you don't I picked up the special edition for cheap on the Steam summer sale.
It's definitely a slower feeling game. It's a but harder (enjoyable, but difficult, given I'm a rather bad gamer) with a lot more resource management and slower, more calculating gameplay. Definitely scratching an itch that I haven't seen much in many games. Worth a try if you like the elder scrolls games, or if you want to like them but are slightly offput by the newer games' focus on hand holding and cinimatics as opposed to gameplay itself.

Cars Kinda Suck RN 2/3: Two Wheeled Fun
Something dawned on me when researching EV trade offs: while more efficient on fuel than gasoline cars, batteries work best between 60-80F (15.6-26...
How much fuel would you guess is in the tank? If you said 2/5 bars you'd be ... π΄ wrong you silly goose, it's at stall on the side of the road levels of fuel.
Good thing for reserve."The majority [of supreme court justices in the ruling] refused to treat the everyday act of using a phone as permission to hand your life to the government. A cell-phone user, Kagan wrote, βis not to be viewed as sharing private information with third parties β which then can be freely passed on to the government β just by doing the ordinary things cell-phone users do.β"

Cars Kinda Suck RN 1/3: Are EVs Worth it?

Bit of a busy month, just had 860 miles approved for reimbursment in May.
Walmart garden center doesn't want you to know this, but plants can grow more plants.
I never heard of tissue culture before, but even as a kid I did the room temp IQ version of sticking a plant cutting in water and making two plants. Maybe someday I'll get myself a couple acres and clone myself some berry plants and trees and get a mini permiculture setup.
