Think it's time we stop telling people to have kids and instead start telling them to raise kids. There's a BIG difference with so many knock off effects. Also let's stop encouraging the young to "enjoy your youth" but rather "take advantage of your youth". This is upstream from alot of issues plagueing adults and society in general today. The first makes it seem like it's something you can prolong forever, hence why we are surrounded by adult children everywhere. Consequence of the over matriarchal ideology of the past decades. These adult children have gained positions of power in society. Many of these adult children were had but not raised.

It diverted youthful energy to all night benders fueled by drugs, alcohol and promiscuous, empty, hedonistic sex during our teens and 20's, 30's, 40' for some and still ongoing for others; Instead of having it directed at being up all night taking care of crying babies, pregnant wives or sick toddlers.
