33 years later, I can confirm that Slackware is still a solid system, and honestly, on most hardware, is actually pretty painless for how much of a reputation it has. No rolling release silliness, a great set of documentation (https://docs.slackware.com/), a great third party repo (https://slackbuilds.org/) with a great tool for managing third party software (https://sbopkg.org/) and still no silly systemd (if you don't know what this means, consider yourself lucky thus far). #Linux #FreedomTech
