BIP54 fixes consensus bugs. BIP110 tries to turn subjective spam policy into consensus. That is the difference. One cleans up Bitcoin’s rules. The other asks Bitcoin to decide what transactions are “for.” Consensus should protect neutrality. Not enforce taste. 🟧

Interactive operators for fluid UTXO swaps would be interesting. More coordination. Less friction. Cleaner on-chain exits.
