Revolut (in Sweden at least) has now made it impossible to withdraw BTC to a hardware wallet because of "security". Had to try various methods to get the BTC out and eventually found that using OKX wallet works. From there, I could then send the BTC to my hardware wallet. During the past year, Revolut has increased the controls and restrictions for withdrawing BTC (it seems they have been forced to do so), and today I wondered whether it soon will be impossible to withdraw at all. Will be careful not to store too much on there.

Recently rewatched the Harry Potter movies (which are awesome) and it occured to me that Voldemort might be based on Hitler (obsessed with pure blood, killing, skulls etc). Will the dark lords of future fantasy stories be based on Epstein and pedo blackmail rings? image

Just started going to the gym again after a couple of years break. I got inspired by Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty training program, which consists of heavy and short training sessions with several days of rest inbetween. Mike Mentzer was a successful body builder, winning Mr Olympia in the heavy weight class in 1979, and --what made me especially interested-- an objectivist. Unfortunately he died at the young age of 49 from a heart condition, and his also bodybuilding brother curiously passed away just two days later according to Wikipedia. I bought his book "High-intensity training the Mike Mentzer way" and have decided to stick to the training program recommended in it for at least a year. To track the results, I will record the weight and number of reps per exercise for each workout session. I will also weigh myself before each session and take a progress picture once per month. I still struggle to comprehend "4-7 days of rest between workout sessions", but it is a refreshing contrast to being in the gym almost every day, which can feel dystopic after a while and is no longer how I want to spend my time. I do not really know what to expect, but if the results are good, such a training regimen would fit well in a metamodern habit stack. And this is where I start out (weight 85,7 kg). image

I have been settting up my nostr on Primal the last couple of days, and I am amazed by the improvement since I first tried it just about a year ago. One problem I have encountered now is that I could not update my profile through the browser on my laptop, but it worked when I did it in the android app. Is it just me or has anyone else had the same issue? xoxo Oskar
