Does anyone have a site which shows the times of day when nostr is the quietest and busiest?

I need to add a rule to allow new nostr domains through my block list. Every day I’m allowing one or two on here to check out. #private #relay http://private.red.gb.net

I have changed some relay settings and need it testing. Can someone sign up to the relay and tell me if they receive the invoice as a DM. If you forward the paid invoice I'll figure out how to refund you. https://private.red.gb.net
