Being afraid of failure is like being afraid of success.
Because success requires:
→ Failing in public (while others watch)
→ Failing repeatedly (while others quit)
→ Failing forward (while others retreat)
The difference between winners and wannabes? Winners collect failures like trophies.
They know each "no" gets them closer to "yes."
Each mistake teaches what mastery demands.
Each setback builds unshakeable strength.
So stop avoiding the very thing that creates champions.
What failure have you been dodging that might be your biggest breakthrough?

Self-confidence is about doing what feels uncomfortable, over and over again, until you realise that the most uncomfortable was to avoid it in the first place.
Real confidence has nothing to do with success.
Real confidence is about:
- being comfortable with failure
- accepting to be judged
- being authentic
- being ok with imperfect
Real confidence is about having no enemy inside you.

Everything is impermanent.
Your brain is impermanent.
Your identity is impermanent.
Meaning you can become whoever the f**k you want to.
Isn’t that exciting?

Sunlight is an essential and overlooked nutrient, as important as nutrition.
Go in the sunlight daily, especially in the morning, right after waking up!
Everything is impermanent, me, you, the earth. Our lives are impermanent, our identities are impermanent.
Everything is a skill that you can learn.
You want to be more confident?
Learn faster?
Be more charismatic?
You can.
Those are skills you can master.
My biggest achievement: building a mentor inside my head, so there is no enemy within. 🧠💪🏻

Critiques: a punch in the gut or a springboard? 🤔
- « Why is this happening to me? » (Total Block)
- « This person is so mean » (Blame/avoidance)
- « How can I use this? » (Instant upgrade)
Remember: Being a leader is being criticised.
It means you're putting yourself out there 💪
3 things that high-achievers do 🚀 :
- They lift weights 🏋️♂️
- They write daily ✍️
- They walk a lot 🚶
Those have been my daily non-negotiable for a while now and they help me manage my goals, while helping me cope with stress and energy levels.
Be authentic, be weird.
Embrace being fully you.
That’s how you start loving you.
One of the most beautiful things you can do for your child is to learn to truly love yourself with all your heart. Children learn a great deal through imitation. A parent who loves and respects themselves sends a powerful and positive message to their child. It shows them that it's important to take care of oneself and set healthy boundaries. Of course, it's important to think of others and help them, but there's no point in doing so if you don't love and prioritize yourself.

You may be blocking your own healing.
When something goes wrong, we tend to blame external factors. 🤔
It's a defense mechanism.
But by doing so, we prevent ourselves from seeing where the real problem lies, and from seeing what is ultimately within our power to change things.
Healing begins with accepting YOUR responsibility.
Even if, I admit, it's not always easy.
Once we've accepted that, it becomes much easier to say to ourselves: okay, it's my responsibility, so if I want it to change, it depends only on me.
And magically, we move from a victim position, in which action and change are almost impossible, to a responsible actor position.
And then the magic of transformation can finally begin.
Of course, it takes time.
We must be gentle and patient with ourselves.
But how good it feels to see ourselves becoming the person we've always wanted to be!
You'll never truly heal if you keep blaming the outside world for your feelings. Healing begins when you take responsibility for your emotional state. It's about understanding that you have the power to create change within yourself. This starts with relearning how to listen to your body's needs and offering space to fully experience your emotions. Numbing those emotions only prolongs the pain, fatigue, and feeling of being lost.
Stop blaming the outside world for how you feel. True healing starts with taking responsibility for your emotions. Recognize that you have the power to change from within. Listen to your body, allow yourself to feel, and stop numbing the pain. Only then can you break free from fatigue and feeling lost.
