2025 was intense. Especially the last weeks were deeply tangible for me. I learned to trust myself, to walk my path with joy, and to reconnect more deeply with who I truly am. I had beautiful encounters, so much depth and many honest inner processes. I sat in sacred ceremonies multiple times and deepened my knowledge and lived experience in the field of plant medicine.
First of all, I thank you from my heart for being part of this journey — in workshops, women’s circles, through Royal Reflect, within the Sacred Consciousness container, or quietly witnessing from the background. Your interest in yourself, your growth, and your inner truth is not something to be taken for granted. It is a sign of courage.
2025 stood for reconnection, and many began to take themselves more seriously and to prioritize their spiritual journey. You took the first steps toward self-awareness and reflection. Maybe this year you recognized something about yourself, your patterns, or what no longer feels aligned. And maybe there is not clarity now, but rather the question:
How do I continue from here?
Growth needs time, safety, and support — because change becomes lighter when you don’t have to carry it alone. Everything I offer is created from exactly this intention: as support for people who are ready to continue, at their own pace, deeply connected with themselves.

For several years now, I have been active with PsyCare at festivals, with my REALTALK concept in schools, and in many other social institutions — offering guidance, prevention, and awareness work around addiction, emotions, regulation, and self-responsibility. Now it is time to multiply this work. I have developed a training with subsequent certification in the SOULS Method.

Another offer for schools, authorities, and psychosocial institutions is the SOUL Remembrance Workshop (3h / 6h), including body- and emotion-oriented self-experience, work with the autonomic nervous system, understanding and regulating stress responses, somatic techniques such as breathing, simple movement and perception exercises, experiencing the interplay of body, emotion, and cognition, resource activation and grounding, and strengthening self-perception and boundaries.
