Snaring is the plague of African conservation.. this giraffe made it, because we found him in time. But what drives this type of poaching? It’s a mix.. food insecurity, employment insecurity (bush-meat trade), disrespect for shared resources.. Ultimately.. poor economic freedom. Solution? Permissionless sound money.
