broke my fucking foot. that's no fun. lifes good otherwise. gotta have a positive temperament and still enjoy the good things even when times are tough. I'm fortunate to not have problems that send people into dispair, so I try to keep perspective.

I hope silicon valley falls into the ocean.
I dont share enough pictures, because when I'm living life I'm living and it doesnt occur to me to stop and take photos. I want to remember to do that without living for online validation and not living in the moment. I have so many beautiful moments every day.
I just sowed cucumbers, sweet peppers, spicy peppers, Roma tomatoes, kale, pablano peppers, sage, thyme, lemon balm, 2 kinds of basil, turmeric, a weird variety or ginger, lemongrass seeds, and 1 giant sequoia.
Then, I ate deer meat that I skinned and quartered.
Not getting up at the buttcrack of dawn just isn't worth it. I wish I could've helped my younger self understand.

Damn this cold weather prep. Its not gonna be that bad here but I still have to prepare just on case power goes out, drain my pipes and all that stuff. Time to huddle with the family for a couple of days.
Skinned and butchered a deer today. Never done that before. It was easier than I thought, now I have the skill to do it in the future by myself.
Been a good evening so far. 
2026 is gonna be my year. I mean, to last several years have been pretty good to me all things considered, but 2026 is really gonna be my year.
Do things because they're hard.
