Always agree, of course not.
However, I have learned to pay attention when people are unwilling to see a perspective outside of their own. When I see them refuse a desire to understand I keep future conversations surface level.
The more you live and experience people/life you learn when not to waste energy. Some people just want you to believe their way is the only way. It's a way, but not the only way.
