the issue you need is a panel with a "real USB-C PD" rather than just normal USB with a C socket and no PD, then you need to find a battery bank with "power pass-through" and 2 USB-C PD sockets - this is the hard part. And yes you can do it with normal 2amp 5v USB, but his will be battery assist more than power. It will work'ish but lead to premature battery wear all round. #solarpunk
