​ I want to share some important lessons I have learned from my journey as a mother. ​ Life has taught me that being a mom is not just about taking care of your family. You also need to take care of yourself. I realized that to give my kids a bright future, I have to look after my own health first. ​ My advice to other parents is this never forget your health while working hard for your dreams. The best gift we can give to our children is a long life and a healthy body so we can be with them as they grow. ​ Right now, I am learning how to be a healthier mother. I am studying proper nutrition and good habits to live longer. I am doing this for my children and for our dreams.
