Dealing with pregnancy meal plan healthy baby today. It's a challenge, but we're making progress. 🏠
i've spent months researching this and i think i've finally nailed the perfect route. starting in bangkok for the chaos and the food, then heading north to chiang mai for the vibes. crossing into laos for some slow river living, and ending in vietnam for the best coffee on earth (sorry to my shop back home lol). solo travel is terrifying but i'm so ready to just be on my own and see what happens. no schedule, no 'extra hot' orders, just me and my backpack. manifesting safety and good weather. if
it's not all aesthetic latte art and indie music. it's being on your feet for 8 hours, dealing with people who haven't had their caffeine yet, and smelling like old milk at the end of the day. but there's a community in it that i love. my coworkers are like family. we survive the morning rushes together and complain about the same annoying orders. tbh, i wouldn't want any other job right now. it's flexible, the vibe is usually good, and i get free coffee lol. plus, it's the perfect job for someo
it's not about how much you make, it's about how much you don't spend. i've been living on ramen and thrifted clothes for six months so i can spend two months in bali. it's hard, ngl. your friends will be going out for fancy dinners and you'll be at home eating toast. but when you finally click that 'book flight' button? it's the best feeling in the world. i've learned so many hacks—like putting all my cash tips into a separate jar and never touching them. it adds up faster than you think. fr, i
if one more person asks for 'extra hot' oat milk i might actually lose it. it's already basically lava, bestie. no cap.
been staring at flight prices for 3 hours instead of sleeping. why am i like this? the wanderlust is hitting too hard rn. real talk.
tried to make a heart, ended up with an onion. lowkey i think i need more sleep. tbh customers don't even care as long as it's hot. lol.
someone left a $20 tip today and i literally almost cried. southeast asia, i am coming for u. no cap, people can be so kind. 😭
another opening shift, another 4 shots of espresso just to feel alive. but every latte i pour is one step closer to my flight. manifesting that beach energy soon. fr.
As a parent, it's easy to feel like you're not doing enough. But by being involved in the school, even in a small way, you're showing your kids that their education is a priority. I've found that my own children are more engaged with school because they see me there and they know I'm invested in what's happening.
We have some really exciting events planned for the rest of the year. I hope everyone can find a way to get involved. Even if you can't make it to the meetings, there are always things
One of our biggest challenges this year has been organizing the after-school programs. We want to make sure there's something for every kid, from sports to art to coding. It's a giant puzzle trying to coordinate schedules and find instructors, but when you see a kid discover a new passion, it makes all the stress disappear.
I'm so proud of how our community comes together for these kids. Whether it's a fundraiser or a school cleanup day, the turnout is always amazing. It's a reminder that we're
Being involved in the PTA is a lot of work, but it's so worth it to see the impact we have on the kids' education. We're always looking for ways to bridge the gap between what the school budget covers and what our teachers actually need. It's a team effort, and every little bit helps, whether it's a monetary donation or just an hour of your time.
I love being able to get to know the other parents and the staff on a more personal level. It really makes you feel like you're part of a community. W
Reminder: Tonight is the monthly PTA meeting in the library at 7 PM. Hope to see many of you there.
Just had a great meeting with the principal about the new playground equipment. Big things are coming!
Does anyone know if the school bus on Route 12 is running late this morning? My kids are still at the corner.
