Maybe double the voting weight for people with skin in the game (kids?). 😁
No way non-French Europeans with similar living standards would move to Quebec of all places and have to learn French.

Agree the mic drop moment was npubs emulated as IPv6 addresses through a custom local DNS service + network adapter. Allows third party apps to just work. FIPS might have some actual legs for decentralizing the internet.

A Bitcoin that can be governed by politicians passing laws, influencing public company miners, is not interesting to me.
Spammers will always find ways around any filters we build. You can send a message by disallowing some formats, but it's probably not going to have a big impact.
Excitement around using spam is low. Block space is cheap, so it still makes it in.
There's a max size limit on blocks regardless of how much spam they contain. FUD about hard drive space is fake news.

Socialism breaks down because of problem solving having to jump through so many middlemen:
taxpayer > tax collectors/police > politicians > beaurocrats > producer > benificiary
So much value gets lost along the way, but also suffers from distance between person wanting to solve the problem and the solver/producer.
Capitalism in the ideal case is:
Person with need <-> Person with solution
The tightest loop is a person solving their own problems, self-sufficiency.

Two worlds colliding (Bitcoin and defense of a nation).
2 lads hitting it off. Liked the slight focus on leadership failure. Apart from that I think the Triggernometry episode with Tommy had better flow.
