New attempt at a better frosting, it’s paleo “buttercream” like frosting for gluten free cookies. Next to having no sugar at all these are the closest thing to a low glycemic index gluten free whole food gourmet ingredient entry in my project. I have made a completely sugar free (monk fruit) version of the cookies I will be trying these together to see if they will taste as good. They are rich and naturally sweet.
