Testing the Nostr market strength out of curiosity. My best friend, Nicole, sells some great stuff over at It's an apple cider vinegar based drink. Some of y'all might know this kind of drink as fire cider. She describes it as "A tart and spicy sipping tonic — delivering delicious, easy-going immune and health support." This is the type of stuff I imagine Jack, #[0] drinks. I asked her to create a 15% off discount code for Nostr. Use nostrpuravida as the code. Currently only accepts fiat but let's show love and power of crypto #shop image

The practice of inclusive leadership is what transforms words into actively creating an inclusive workplace culture. How we show up to every interaction with our colleagues is the practice. If we're not mindfully engaging in the practice, we may engage in unskillful behaviors or use unskillful words. That's the space where we may make micro (or even macro) aggressions. Are we aware of how we show up? Are we aware of how that affects our workplace culture? If we're not intentionally and mindfully creating culture, we're mindlessly creating culture #culture

We are all living in a world that often provokes anxiety and fear. How we show up as leaders directly affects the quality of experience at the workplace and beyond. We're either showing up with mindful intention of the experience we want to co-create with our colleagues - or we don't. This article provides some helpful advice for leaders to approach challenging situations with compassion and a trauma-informed approach. 1. Lead with the facts 2. Provide information on the process 3. Demonstrate your values 4. Be clear that there are unknowns 5. Be empathetic and clear #compassionateleadership #vucaworld #emotionalintelligence #mindfulleadership #mindfulnostr
