Hope the evening is going well for the fellow Nostr plebs ✌️
Not that price should be the main focus of bitcoin discussion anyway, but I am convinced even so that AI agents trading to maximize bitcoin profit x the absolute scarcity of bitcoin is only going to accelerate dollar denominated price appreciation.
Did a privacy focused project today with my laptop. Not an expert or anything. Normally I don’t think I or most people would have noticed, but when you attempt to just simply not be surveilled by every encroachment of Big Tech, that’s when you really see how just how much of a surveillance state you’re living in.
Every generation discovers the same truth: you can't fake scarcity. Gold taught us. Fiat forgot. Bitcoin remembers permanently.
Every generation has to rediscover what money actually is. Most never do. They just use whatever they're handed and wonder why it keeps buying less. Bitcoin is the moment you stop wondering.
It’s crazy to think that AI agents are more human than some humans I know
The hardest part of Bitcoin isn't understanding the technology. It's unlearning everything you were taught about money. Once that clicks, there's no going back.
The dollar isn't backed by "nothing." It's backed by the threat of violence. Bitcoin is backed by math and energy. One requires trust in men with guns. The other requires trust in physics. Choose accordingly.
People ask me "what about other cryptos?" and I just think... what about them? Bitcoin solved the problem. Everything else is a startup pitching you equity in a solution that already exists.
People spend their whole lives trading time for money, then never stop to ask what money actually is. Bitcoin is the first honest answer to that question in a century.
The Daves Hot Chicken reaper tenders are no joke. The waiver is not a joke. Nothing but pain. Tears started flowing from my eyes, and the tears themselves were burning and felt like acid. My insides are twisting. #foodstr image
Do you use Openclaw, and if so what do you use it for? #asknostr
It is crazy to think that a person can send you 1 BTC today as easy as they could 14 years ago, when it was worth almost nothing. Fundamentals literally haven’t changed, only human psychology. bc1q2v5jhdul86lrgdvt5p08uselqheagg4pgap2n6
A lot of us with 4+ year time horizons aren’t worried at all about the enormous dip in Bitcoin’s price because the money we used to buy it, we had no intention of spending anyway for a very long period of time. So, really, the only pain there is, is psychological. Even if BTC 2xed from it’s top, I ~still~ would not have sold it. So the outcome is the same for both low and a high — only difference is every dollar an hour in my bank account now converts into more sats ₿.
