Just learned of yet another tragic loss of Bitcoin due to CC. I keep wondering if I could have done more to prevent this.

The amount of trust in a brand that can eroded in 48 hours is astonishing. Years of marketing and influencer deals gone. So many scrambling behind the scenes to save face. So much fallout.

If you hate BalenaEtcher on macOS as much as I do, you might like Blaze. This is probably old news, but my biggest complaint about the nostr apps I use is that I’m not able to search for a note I saw recently. Damus kind of does this okay, but still sucks at it. Primal and Wisp never work. Nearly every day, I recall a message I encountered earlier that same day or during the week and have never managed to locate through searching. The only thing that works for me is remembering who shared it and then reviewing their profile history. Am I overlooking something?

@Seth For Privacy how do fees works with lightning/spark in Cake Wallet? I specifically want to know for deposits, withdraws, and lightning sends if there are flat fees or percentage fees (on top of on chain fees when applicable). It seems like withdrawals are the place with the most fees. I looked for documentation or blog post and couldn’t find anything.

I’m very happy with how my Hellbender Wallet project turned out. It’s basically iOS Sparrow Wallet Multisig only, air-gapped only. Had a ton of fun making it.

BDK has really come along and is an amazing tool for building Bitcoin wallets.

I’ve started interrupting myself in the middle of talking to daughters and wife. I’ll pause and just talk to myself out loud when I’ve realized everyone has just completely tuned me out. Only sometimes they notice 😂

It works great with Sparrow Wallet and SeedSigner. I named after the Eastern hellbender, North America's largest salamander. It’s still missing a few features I want, but it’s like 95% done. I feel like no one will ever use it except me. Even so, I was going to put it on the App Store but I’m not so sure now. I forgot Apple requires “cryptocurrency wallets” to be submitted by an organization/LLC. This would take me a decent amount of time and money on my end. All I really wanted was an easier way for me to install it on my own phone and share with others. I wish Apple allowed side loading so badly.

The iOS App Store is terrible. The greatest feature Apple could bring to iOS in June would the ability to side load apps (globally).
