Both Jupiter and Venus are visible tonight, June 7, 2026. They appear as the two brightest objects in the western sky shortly after sunset, approaching their close conjunction on June 8–9.
Venus: The brightest object, shining at magnitude -4.0, located low in the west-northwest.
Jupiter: The second brightest, shining at magnitude -1.9, positioned just to the left of Venus.
Viewing: Both are easily seen with the naked eye and will appear as a "double star" pair about an hour after sunset.
