Quando alguém te critica, faça uma coisa simples que muda tudo. Pergunte: “Eu realmente acredito nisso que essa pessoa pensa sobre mim?” Porque se você não acredita, então não é verdade sobre você. É só opinião jogada ao vento. Aí entra a parte mais poderosa: 💪Prove pra você mesmo, não pra pessoa, que aquilo não te define. Críticas só têm força quando você assina embaixo. Quando você não assina, elas morrem ☠ na hora.
