Property tax and mandatory insurance is evil

The house I rent is worth 2x in the 3 years I’ve lived there. Same house now has much higher property tax and insurance :/ Can’t move anywhere cheaper because prices everywhere have gone up dramatically. All my friends struggling with the same problem
